Excellent focus on the eye and adorable splayed crown feathers. Good BG and comp. OE by at least a 1/3rd of a stop. The feathers are a bit washed out.

Love the picture and the title, but I would like to see more details in the feathers of the wings. Just a bit more contrast or maybe some burning.
