WOW what can I say about this one... a little gruesome and definitely harsh, the black and white makes it more effective, love the over-all composition of the image.

I get the message behind this image, tanning can be a harsh and painful process. A little more light to emphasize your point I think would have been a little more effective IMHO. Nice composition and very creative perspective. Good work.
