I went out to a small field with wild flowers. (Well, technically I don't know if they're wild flowers or just sowed in the field each year. But it's primarily these and daisies.

It was a cool, overcast day that threatened rain. What was great about that, is there were these little dudes, and they stayed on the flowers! Cool mornings are great!!

And check out the salmon colored guy -- he reminds me of a shrimp!

WOW THIS WAS ANOTHER ONE I HAD IN MY TOP FIVE AND LOVE THE DETAIL OF THE INSECTS ON THE BRIGHT FOCUSED FLOWER... JUST AWESOME THANK YOU SO SO MUCH XOX FROM SHEZ

Wow. Really powerful optical illusion with this one. Looks like it's jumping off the screen and moving towards me. I can barely look at it it's making me dizzy. Still, I like it for that, so high vote from me.

Those exquisite "friends" are quite a nice touch to this simple and effective image. Focus seem soft on the flower, nonetheless a very nice composition.
