Beautiful photo. Lovely colors and lines. But the border strikes me as a bit goofy. You have such a great shot here but you made it smaller to viewers because the border is using some of your 800 pixel max.

Cute idea. Desat really works with all the rubble and to give it an old west feel. The only thing I could see improving this is a shallower depth of field to zero the focus in on the boots. The pallet in the background is just barely out of focus, and should be more of a hint (in my opinion). Not voting, just commenting.

I was about to say what Cory said. Either longer exposure for trails or shorter exposure for sharper points.

And in this particular shot I'd flip the star gazer 180%, as he's not peering at the stars you've captured but rather something out of your shot, which struck me as a bit funny just now. ; )
