I am not into the vignette here, as the machinery also skates around the middle, so you've got a vignetter with no subject in the middle. I understand the whole haze thing, as it is the middle of the night, but it's missing something. Not voting, just making useless comments.

hmmmmm, warning in Deutsch but a French title. I was actually in Paris when this challenge was going on. I think the small crop helps make this old-timey. Like a cropped, ragged old photo. Watch fits the scene. Cool photo.

Certainly has that mood to it. When daybreak is just about to hit. Nice light through the clouds. If I were at the controls I'd try to tweak the color a bit to get more out of the sunrise, and I'd crop that left tree out and move the tree in the center more to the left. Maybe get a bit closer and use it more as the foreground. But I don't know much.
