Magby Yo_SpiffComment: Wonderfully framed. The texture of the asphalt vs. the grooved striations in the disc brakes vs. the smooth brushed rim is quite a nice combo. A glint of sun off the forks for good measure as well. Nicely spotted and very well executed. |

24 Wheeled L-Glass Transportby schlakeComment: Funny. Still, the top of the image is oddly fuzzy and blurry. It's not due to DoF, so it's not natural. I think maybe there were also some stronger compositions to go for. Maybe getting lower, in front of the glass. I don't know. It's a cute idea and done a little differently it's got some real potential. |

getting ready to rollby saintaugustComment: Cool photo. There's that look of determination in her eyes like she's headed out to kick some ass but the wheels are still the highlight of the photo. The weapon of choice. Nice composition and colors so vibrant it looks like selective desat but isn't. Good stuff. |

Fanning the Dock. by Jon_HComment: Wonderful scene. Truly perfectly illuminated in every way. Crisp and sharp. Great colors and composition. And to be honest I don't think I've seen it represented any better. Nicely done. |

The Falkirk Wheelby Covert_OddityComment: This is fascinating. I just looked this up because I had honestly never heard of it before. What a feat of engineering, and perfectly represented here. Fantastic composition and great treatment of tones and processing. One of the more striking images to begin with, but also done really well and an interesting story. Sweet. |

Grinder Wheelby AmmieComment: Nice sharp, lively motion with electric color. Great idea, and brings a lot of action to what has been ironically largely presented as a static subject. Very well done. |

Solar Poweredby ChariszaComment: Clever. I'm not entirely sold on the shallow depth of field, however. On the one hand I like the dream quality it gives the image, and it certainly places focus on the pinwheel, yet on the other the photo seems a bit off balance because of the clarity in the needles and ground.
I typically like a wide range of exposure values, but I think the clarity and lighting on the ground is not helping you that much. It's not really interesting for the image, and is actually distracting.
Try this with a square crop starting from the top of your image and I think it would be excellent. It would eliminate the distracting ground and really frame the pinwheel. The rest is really well done and creative. |

Withered Wheelsby gunnarbrComment: Interesting composition and while slightly distracting it's a cool focal point and interesting image. Great contrast. |

White Bikeby tvsometimeComment: Simple and well executed. Nice tonal range and the B&W reinforces the simplicity so that was a good choice. |
