I like the concept of the spotlight illuminating the ballons creating a focal point. I would like to see more balloons filling the frame and eliminating the background. A diffuser is necessary for the light. The light is washing out the color of the balloons. Also the hand is not necessary.

Very good concept. I am not sure if you were going for a vintage feel but I think the colors are a little flat and could use some vibrance or saturation enhancement. I think you could get in closer and eliminate some of the foreground and possibly shoot in landscape orientation. Great humor and fun shot overall!

The photography is good. The light is possibly a bit hot from camera left. I think I would like to comment on the composition for the concept. I envision a shot like this with the subject in profile looking slightly upwards towards camera right and blowing the bubble off into the unknown. A cloudy blue sky or something would have worked well for the background.
