Beautiful texture and tones. I love the hump of the dune leading to the lighthouse, though I think there is a little too much on the right hand side behind the lighthouse. It looks like the right edge of the lighthouse is on the third line. Perhaps recomposing so the center of the lighthouse is on the right edge would help the composition for me.

I must say I am jealous... At the beach on new years eve. I love the beach light and here it looks like you have captured the deep tones on a sunny day with a polarizer. Good family fun too. Some of my most favorite shots of my daughter are on the beach! Great memories.
