Underfoot #2: Lichen and young twigs. by PenelopeKComment: Looks blue on the IPhone. Does the software save your color profiles In the picture file?? Some may be using srgb and others using adobeRGB in their monitor profiles.
At any rate, the winter cold is apparent and it looks nice and crunchy underfoot!! |

Deceptive Beautyby kasabaComment: There is only a tiny sliver, if anything at all, that appears to be focus here. |

Mucho Tristeby JarHeadComment: Ya drank the red right out of the shot! The branch in the upper left is distracting. |

...And Creamby hotpastaComment: To me the cream looks mint green in color. I am expecting white. There is no indication it should be otherwise. You got some harsh highlights on the curvature of the strawberries. Blocking some of that light might help. DoF is good and great subject for the challenge. |

In Stitchesby tfarrell23Comment: The lighting is harsh on the ball. No detail exists at the hot spot. It may work if you were going for something out of a nightmare scene or something. THe subject is good for the challenge though the red laces are overrun by white pixels due to apparent oversharpening. |

Winter Wagonby cryanComment: The blur really forces your eye to look in a certain direction. Lovely light and wow... a freakin' volcano?? |

PAW Week 1 - Leafby pambComment: Interesting overlay makes the photo look like it is on canvas. As far as the photography goes, I like the diagonal line of the tree separating the foreground from the background. The green leaf pops!! |
