Wonderful light on essentially a 2D subject!! I like the abstract lines as the wiggle through the image giving a sense of motion. Crop wise, I think it's what's on the left that ought to be cropped. I think it is the grass line meeting the asphalt. See what happens when you rotate the image to crop out the top left corner...

You did such a great job bringing out the light in the foreground while still keeping detail in the sky. And the color tones and textured overlays are crazy cool! I'll bet you could clone out that lens flare somehow. It just doesn't seem to fit the shot.
