Storm Front by tangueraComment: There is a lot of space in the image. I think the composition might have been stronger with a lower camera angle looking up at the model. The wind and the smokey background strongly depicts the storm, but then the camera angle makes the model appear like she is just standing there posing... the strength of her resistance to the storm does not show. I like the green and yellow colors which pop off the background! |

Dropsby diverComment: Though I can see the light reflected in the drops, this type of shot does not show off the light by showing the highlights and shadows, etc. I like the shot, though it is lacking in contrast. There is also some hair and grime on the glass which should be cleaned better for a shot like this. (I run into that problem all the time when I shoot glass and mirrors. I hear the trick is to use a coffee filter!) |

My Favorite Moment Started When The Sun Goes Downby alexlkyComment: Definite grammar problem with the title. You used past tense then switched to present tense. But that doesn't affect my vote. I just wanted to be a grammar nazi! For the picture. I love the brown murky water and the dark cloudy sky. It looks great with the saturated colors. The green boat, the blue tarp and the flags all pop! |

Night Trainby talzamComment: Light is great! Sharpness needs work. (My guess is either camera shake either from no use of shutter lock or the traffic causing vibrations picked up by your tripod.) |

Old Tractorby cryanComment: I like the focal point as is, though a centered composition on the tractor in a landscape orientation might be a cool shot to emphasize the golden tones of the winter field complimenting the blue tractor. |
