Sorry you were disappointed. I voted 5 and felt the crop was an issue. Everything about the composition screamed landscape orientation. But I was only led me to the negative space at the top. I felt the subject was cut off at the left edge. Color and DoF were good as others noted.

Nice to see who the shooter was on this shot. I was tempted to ask for validation, but I didn't. I thought the flip flop might have been a separate photo and cloned into the shot as a layer. I thought this due to the processing. It was the highlights on the person's arms and legs and the shadow cast by the shoe that made me think the light was a little different on each item. I ended up voting a 7!
