I wrote a comment on this during voting but must have exited without saving it. Possibly influenced by your title I see these as a group which is gathered, leaning in toward each other to exchange confidences with each other.. The amount of blur is well controlled. I gave it an 8.

Lovely detail. If you squint you might see this as the outline of the UK, but without Devon and Cornwall which is a shame ... Good exposure of both light and dark areas.

I like the right two thirds of this, but IMO the foreground tree provides a jarring, and not particularly attractive element to this otherwise lovely and calm scene.

I like the detail of the exposed roots being silhouetted along with the tree. Great evening light providing some nice detail in the clouds. I have a suspicion this might be Wendy's shot. If not, take that as a compliment.
