Summer on my Mindby Bear_MusicComment: You managed to make that bitterly cold day already feel like summer! Love the use of grain.

The Beanby markwileyComment: Yes, I remember it well! But this is a whole less crowded than when I was there. Early morning I suspect. Lovely in black and while, and a great capture with the group of three to the left and the reflection of the single individual underneath.
It looks so delicately balanced for such a large object! |

Gulliver's Reeboksby Bear_MusicComment: I love it (along with your red shoes). Plus I was so glad you made some use of that long wait in the parking lot!! |

When She Finally Gives The Green Lightby JakeKurdsjukComment: I laughed long and hard when I saw this during voting. Robert had to come and check out what was going on. Thanks for that and for a creative image. Message edited by author 2016-02-17 00:52:50. |

Muddy river after a snowstorm by lei_73Comment: The sunny day hereabouts immediately following the snowstorm was just magical, and you captured that feeling in your beautifully framed view of the river. I can feel the stillness and quiet!! Great shot and congrats on the ribbon. |

Lane by MondComment: This has to be a West County lane -- the style of signage is certainly British. It reminds me of single track roads in Devon. After hundreds of years of use most were at a considerably lower level than the surrounding fields, and after a heavy rain would be covered with mud left by tractors or that had run off from the fields.
Perhaps this is the aftermath of storm Imogen? |
