i'm not sure i'm getting your title. as for the photo, yes, there's plenty of fruit in it, but overall, it is very cluttered with different items, colors, textures. there are too many things vying for my attention, and i'm not sure the fruit is winning the contest. -- gr8photos.

sorry, this image is way too dark on my monitor (and most of the others look ok, so i'm tempted to conclude your photo is actually very dark). all i can make out is the sticker, a little bit of the right side of the apple and the highlight from the lightsource. the rest is black. even if it was a little lighter, i wonder if a landscape format would've been nicer, or moving the apple down so that there's not so much empty space in the foreground. -- gr8photos.

looks more as if it is past ripe. i like the idea of a fruit that's not usually bought in supermarkets. well chosen. i am wondering though if this photo had a little more impact if you'd either zoomed in or cropped closer to the berries (for the life of me i can't think of their name in english right now). maybe a portrait format? this way, they get lost just a tad in the overall photo. -- gr8photos.

this is a nice idea, i like the composition with the flower and the pumpkin (?) in the opposite corners. the flower is a little blown out, and overall, the image doesn't appear quite as sharp as it could to me. -- gr8photos.

great idea, exotic fruit on a tree. except for you it's probably not so exotic ;) the diversity is one of the things i like about dpc. the composition of your photo is also nice, i like how the leaf-stalks are fanning out to all sides of the photo. ROT works well here. i'd love to see just a little more contrast, and a blue sky would be cool, but that part is kinda hard to control, i know. -- gr8photos (5)

nice apple, well focused. i wish the lighting was a little more even (less on top, more at the bottm), and i can't quite figure out why you chose the background you did. i personally don't feel the lines add anything to the photo. -- gr8photos.

nice color combination. and two of my favorite fruits, yummy! :) the kiwi looks great, nice sharp focus, i really wish the strawberry was in focus, too. i'm assuming that's due to the limited DOF on macro shots? just another nitpicky thing, there's hairs from the kiwi in the lower left that are a little distracting. -- gr8photos.

monochromatic indeed. i think i would prefer the whole picture to be a little darker (so that the peppers are less overexposed), more contrast, and a little more sharpness, too, because none of the peppers seems to be quite in focus. -- gr8photos.
