Blossom, Texas Sageby JC_HomolaComment: While you meet the challenge, your images is sized so small that it is difficult to critique the photo. The maximum allowable size is 640x640, you used 230x178, this will hurt you on DPC. Try to size your image closer to the maximum allowable size. Email or PM me if you need help with that :) |

Bikeby HBunchComment: Quite a stunt action shot, plus you meet the challenge. The background isn't perfect but reasonably well controlled considering there's bunches of people around etc. The biggest issue you have with this photo is that it is out of focus. |

B for Balloonsby wsooComment: While you meet the challenge, the sun is totally overblown and the balloons are too dark. Try not to use auto-exposure if you include great differences in light and dark. Better even, frame so that the sun is not in the photo. I do like how the three balloons are nicely lined up and make the eye flow through the image. |

Strangerby BAMartinComment: This is incredibly beautiful. Love the colors and selective soft focus to frame the leave :) |

Toronto - Where I work and playby MorganComment: Wonderful picture of Toronto, I\'d love to live this close to the water. Like the composition, too, overall, the photo appears ever so slightly soft and a little overexposed (especially the white dome). You must have a DSLR because you have a couple of dirtspecs in the sky ... easy to clone out after the challenge, so no points deducted for that. I don\'t think you are really meeting the challenge (a person or group of people doing what they do for a living), sorry. |

Last Chop of the Dayby sanandanComment: Simply beautiful. I like that she's smiling while she's working. Beautiful worn knife, great focus on the meat she's chopping and her with unobtrusive background. There's nothing I would change. |

Musiciansby arnitComment: Wow ... how did you do that? Double-exposure? I like how the crucial parts of the guitar player are in focus and the rest is a blur of lights. Not sure how well this will go down on DPC, but I think it's a fantastic entry :) |

Honest Work by sherComment: I love it! The texture and clarity is wonderful. Love the shallow DOF, too. Wouldn't mind seeing just a bit more detail of the tools, but that's such a nitpick. One of my favorites so far this challenge. |
