Ths slanted buildings are a bit unsettling. And I would expect the semaphore pole to be parallel to them; after all, up is up! It probably makes sense to you as the photographer, but is difficult for me as a viewer to understand. On a more positive note, I think the exposure is great and the depth of field is perfect.

This image doesn't have a center of interest. I assume from the title and the rules of the challenge that you wanted the snail to have the attention, but the flower stem leads the eye to the flower which, although unfocused, has the only bright colors. The photo would have been more effective if you had moved the large flower out of the way and cropped more closely on the snail, perhaps including the small flower if its colors didn't distract from the subject (the snal) too much.
