Sorry, it doesn't really speak to me. And the camera angle on the right angel makes it look like it had it's lower legs broken off. I assume it's kneeling? If so, maybe a little lower angle might help.

It's a wonderful shot--it's a shame that his head is fuzzy. Also, if you adjust the mid-tone levels a little darker, he would pop-out a tad more.

It looks like a nice place, but there's not enough here to keep my interest. Try bring the same shot into photoshop and cropping it so that you're using the upper right hand corner only (from below the reflection to the middle of the picture. You still get the feel of the snow and the colors, but I think it makes it much more interesting.
