Some books are better left unreadby sarampoComment: I really like the photo. Small nitpick -- it created such an unfortunate shadow on the nose, if there was a way to light that a bit or reflect it a bit, it would have been a 10. |

Did you try shooting from the top, straight down? The flower is beautifully done, but I think it's the angle of the vase that feels awkward to me. -6- |

The Slice by IreneMComment: Very nicely done. I especially love the backlit hairs on the top. I would have liked the edge to be taken down a little bit, seems a tad over-exposed. But that's a very small nit to pick and doesn't change the vote. -8- |
