I like the concept and composition but not the wrinkles. If it's not too hard, try this again with a dark, fuzzy background for a smoother and "spookier" look. You could modify THIS image to achieve the look I'm suggesting. If interested, send me an email and I'll send you/post files with examples of suggested modifications.

Be wary of over-sharpening a photo like this. The significant color differences between the frame and contents can create a "halo" effect and make it look like a composited image...

A nice portrait...in the context of this challenge I want her hand/pinkie to be the focus -- I might have tried to draw attention to it by calling the photo "Etiquette Lesson" or putting a tiny (doll's?) teacup in her hand. Then let her arm lead to her wonderful eyes and expression as the "positive" element.
