Roast, Grind, Brew and Enjoy!by DougPazComment: Don't think you needed the equipment in the back. Make it completely tech by removing the beans. I think by trying to show both versions of the progression at once you dilute some of the impact unnecessarily. I like the idea and exposure; might be worth trying it again (or trying a different frame if you have alternates). |

un-PASTURE-izedby autoolComment: Wonderful scene I've seen many times since I was a baby (I'm a N. California native). I'm pretty sure those are Holsteins; the most popular breed of dairy cattle in California. These young cattle are "heifers" (not cows), and don't have large udders or begin to produce milk until they've become pregnant.
I agree more contrast might make a "prettier" picture, but as you have it is probably about how it "really" looked. Sorry it didn't finish higher. |
