We'll Spring Ya, Humpty!by GeneralEComment: No, Isaac didn't vote on these...I have no idea who'd give it a ten!
Thanks for the comments all, we did use the same set-up, but each of us shot it with our own camera, from different angles. I built the cell, Isaac drew the artwork.
Hopefully people found it amusing if not "beautiful." Message edited by author 2003-03-16 17:30:48. |

State to Stateby ChuckieComment: I think you could completely crop out the cars at the bottom and have a stronger, more cohesive image. |

Natural Bridges, Santa Cruz CAby Clou9Comment: Good job catching the wave action. Seems loke it could be either sharper or softer (like on a foggy day) -- this seems a bit in between.
I think if you cropped a bit more foreground (just below the big seaweed in the middle) you would have a stronger image, with more emplasis on the bridge and the horizon at about the 1/3 line. Most people also recommend straightening the horizon if not tilting it markedly for artistic effect. |

Dumbarton at Sunsetby lennierComment: Nicely framed. I think maybe the old Dumbarton was more "picturesque." Should be some good upcoming photo-ops as the east span of the Bay Bridge is replaced. |
