The uneroded veins in the rock roughly correspond to the grid you'd see on your LCD screen if your camera had a "ROT-Assist" function ...
This is one of my recent entries which are lighter than they should be due to my monitor recently going way out of calibration. It looks better darker. |

Camouflageby GeneralEComment: Thanks -- this was of several recent photos of mine which got over-lightened in post-processing as my monitor was getting far out of calibration. I'll try to post some betteradjusted versions for comparison; also, I have some with the tree to the side -- I considered those, but went for the greater degree of camouflage. |

Against Photographers Everywhere.....by AzCKellyComment: I know what you mean! Sometimes though, you just have to make do with what's available -- I'm actually thinking of doing some studies of our "wired world" as there are some great examples in my neighborhood. Here's one I did a couple of years ago : )

they are watching youby ursulaComment: You know, if that eye were to be "reading" the DQ, I thing the reflection one would see int he cornea there would be the mirror-image, not rihgt-reading as you have it here. Still a clever idea and well-executed. |
