My friend Tom, who has been both an industrial analytical chemist and professional cook, recommends only using organic fruit in any recipe calling for citrus peel, as most of the nasty chemicals used in growing it are oil-soluble, and may remain present within the rind even after carefully washing the surface.

Given that this was Advanced editing, I'd have cloned-out the bright contrail at the center-left -- it seems to distract from the overall "flow" of the eye through the picture. Otherwise, it's an effective use of negative space and has great colors.

While that pose certainly shows balance, I get more of a sense of stress/tension than I do of relaxed peacefulness; I suppose I'm imagining what I would feel like if I attempted to assume that position. Coloring, lighting, background and crop all work well.
