Hmmm....."the temptation of christ" (small case letters too). I guess it's over my head but it made me look at it over the standard 5 sec look and vote. I'm just seeing soap suds and I think the pink thing is one of those foam floatees to help beginning swimmers. You'll have to fill us in on the Photographers Comments. Interesting abstracky pic...

I like the shot/subjects for what it is, I like the composition. I know getting exposure right is tough with bright sun, bright water/waves. So take this for what it's worth: Looks like you pumped up the contrast too much, maybe saturation too. The outcropping of rocks and the dogs end up just silhouettes. It just looks over processed. If you've been on DPC any amount of time, you know how harsh the viewers can be and the highly skilled post processors get the better scores. Good luck on this and future challenges.

Eww, I hate spiders. Nice fill the frame composition. Very detailed (which adds to the eww factor for me). Maybe just a touch over sharpened and just a bit bright on its body.

Interesting shot. From the title I'm assuming its a jellyfish? Your perspective is interesting in that the subject looks huge. I like it for the POV. I think cropping out a little bit of the right side a may have helped; lots of dead space that doesn't add to the pic.

Just a bit too dark. The focus if soft (on my screen), but maybe thats the effect you were intending. The pic looks muted overall, so it doesn't "stand out." JMHO
