Got there late and shot it about 10 minutes after sunset. I had the WB on shade setting. I actually bump the temperature a bit on the slider (iPhoto) to give the rocks a bit more warmth, so maybe a combination of those technical PP factors (I'm not big on PP).
Nice call on the title :) The temp on my car thermometer was 34deg, but the winds funnel down the gorge so with wind chill it was cold. Shot it on Sunday, been in the teens at night and barely above freezing during the day. Makes me want to drive back and see how much more it may have chilled...

Only critique is that the horizon is tilted. Otherwise, a great pic for the challenge. For me, there's a nice rhythm to the pic where the seagulls closer to the light are smaller and as you get farther from the light, the gulls are darker and more prominent.
