I like the concept on the composition. I think this image may have been stronger if the background was "neutral" (rings on top of black? or white? paper) instead of the wood table with the wood grain. Otherwise, I like the placement of the rings and the shadows thrown by the light.

I have to stop and look at this pic. The environment is captivating in that the restaurant looks like a great place to have lunch. Then there's the subject of the diners who appear so disengaged with each other; which makes this photo somewhat sad. Great choice to go B&W. Such an interesting but sad image; the story that the viewer can infer from it.
