Parking Garage #1by Yo_SpiffComment: Almost commented before reading the other comments. It does have the illusion of steps, but your title made me look closer to realize it was shadows. I like your composition/framing of this image. |

Tensionby JuliBocComment: This is a great photo with all the patterns. Like the cables, the shadows of the twists in the cables, the alignment of the eye bolts... patterns patterns patterns. This looks great in B&W, nicely presented. Awesome catch. |

S U N K I S Tby Bear_MusicComment: Lol, I actually thought this was a Sunkist pop can from the thumbnail. This has incredible detail of the fabric. The colors seem pretty true to life. |

P1000676by spiritualspatulaComment: I really like the visual cues of weather/elements of the mountain; the clouds, the angle of the bare brush, looks like the snow could be deep. Another element to like about the photo is how the climber (you?) has an ear to ear grin, just embracing the environment. Nice pic. |

Foot Bridge to the Falls P&S versionby LeoComment: Originally posted by spiritualspatula: You can definitely see the difference in dynamic range with this side by side. That's one thing I've noticed with the LX3, that the difference isn't as huge as I've seen with other cameras.
Beautiful scene, though I'm curious how much higher up the falls descend from. I've always had a softspot for waterfalls, and there aren't all that many here, or at least they aren't of the sort that you have where you are. That and the verdant growth, making everything fuzzy with green. |
Per Wikipedia, the falls are 249 feet high. Yes, the Columbia Gorge has many falls.

IRONMAN by LVicariComment: Lighting is dramatic, processing is outstanding. I think its the lighting that really gives these pictures BAD ASS attitude. (That's how it come across to me. Please include notes of your lighting, studio details, processing. This is awesome.) |

The Eureka Momentby GeneralEComment: I like the use of silhouettes in telling the story. Like how you used the lighting of the background, which gives slight illumination of the paper. |
