I too think this is a good candid shot. It was interesting reading all of the comments, and the different interpretation and perception of what is happening. I especially find it interesting that this is perceived as a "power struggle" and/or a "confrontation". I also found the "hand on the gun" comments interesting. Just saying...

The building and sky lends itself to a sepia pic. The sky has nice elements with the clouds and sun rays. The building has nice old architectural qualities.
