Nicely orchestrated/composed photo. I really like how the photograph is surrounded by the model. I usually don't pay that much attention to titles, but it is fitting with the model's expression; kind of sad/solemn/reflective... Your post processing is a statement too in that the slightly desat reflects the "time fading" (if that makes sense), but maybe I'm reading too much into it. Then again, that's what makes this a great photo, it tells a story...

Love the technique of long exposure showing the movement of the people. I think this photo has many elements of time; the motion blur, the clock, the train [running on time :) ]. Lots to explore in the shot. Like the B&W too. One of my top picks.
