Looks like a very awesome image. I hope you don't get dinged by the you should have used the full 800 pixel police. I'll assume that you don't have as new of a phone that can take large format pictures. That being said you do have a very sharp image.

Very cool shot. Like the colors. I think this would have had more impact without the wing in the shot. Just my opinion but still a well processed camera phone image.

Love this image! Very creepy. Reminds me of the video game Resident Evil. I love the way you took this challenge and made it artistic instead of thinking you should try to capture everyday life just because it's a camera phone.

Great image. I like the POV used on it. This image shot from head on would be very mundane and boring...even with the exceptional post processing done to it. Getting down lower adds a lot to the image. Also, the dark and foreboding clouds above add to the drab colors on the building which seem to be enhanced via processing. I am not voting in this challenge but would struggle between giving this image a 6 or 7.
