Autumn colors are touch and in this is a good example - there seems to be a lack of "vibrancy" if you will - however the detail is excellent and the overall framing of the image nearly perfect. There is something missing however that I can't put my finger on - perhaps a little more color boost? Still, a worthy image - nicely done.

The title is perfect and deserves a high mark for creativity. I would have preferred a "landscape" view rather than portrait, but it does work this way. Clever title wins the day - the image ain't to bad either.

Images like this are difficult, but this has a lot to recommend it - normally the sun is over done, but this is perfect with no noticeable "blooming". The one thing I don't like is the over all "orange" effect leaving the green detail missing - it might have been better to layer this image to get the greenery into some more color detail.

Probably just me, but this seems a little washed out to me - it is a nice image as it is, but the over all pale tone doesn't to the image justice.

A subject close to me personally as I have suffered through this until I had corrective surgery - I like the choice of B&W as it really shows the struggle with low vision. Nicely done.

I captured a similar image years ago, but it didn't have the same mystique and detail this has - the visual impact is above average, but the subtle touch of color just adds rather than subtract from the over all impact.
