Nicely done light and dark. I'm really enjoying the blur of people going by with the almost distinguishable guy in the shadows just kind of being there, yet you don't know quite why. I also like how this receeds into the distance - kind of like the story is moving through the alley. I think what's great is that the eye is lead everywhere.

There is an excellent feel to this. I love the contrast and the vertical emphasis (I think the older boy is trying to get the younger to stand up straighter so he will "fit in" with the rest of the photo).
