There are more than 12 pages of pictures with the word Reflections in the title and more than a few with just that one word. This is well done but I won't vote unless I can figure out the original. Okay got it now.
Better than the original (inspired by dlyons) but I would think it almost has to be, since it was such a small size and everything.
On it's own this photo is interesting - almost flat looking, although I know it's not. I like the colors but the lack of contrast (in the shadows particularly) is bothering me a bit. Good job in general though.

"Sunflower" Redux

Sorry there are just too many pictures titled Sunflower. I can't vote if I don't know the original from whence this came.
So now I know... EXCELLENT retake. The other one was closely cropped to suit the round challenge, I guess, but yours works for round too. It's still bright and sunny with the focus aimed right at the middle. The added bonus of the luscious bokeh and green color surrounding it makes this not just an ordinary sunflower picture. Well done. 9

Got it!!! And now I can give it a 9 for not only being a wonderful image but also for being a terrific remake of the original backlit image (couldn't find the original of the original though which evidently didn't get entered as planned). I'm guessing you might have been hoping for a chance to redo!
