I really like bee/insect photos. Your perspective is a hard one, but I like it well enough. There's NO way you're going to get the wings and stinger in focus, as well as the head from this close. The head is the cool part. I am assuming this fella is dead and that it's not "holding" the silver rod, but that it's stuck with it. I twists of the antennea strike me as sort of funny(humours). 9 Swash

Cool action shot! While I like the streaki-ness of the juice flying, I would also wonder how it looked with a faster exposure, so the juice was just hanging in mid-air. (The thumb looks like it's pressing pretty hard!) 9 Swash

I have NO idea. (Nice try to create interest with the title!) Very, very yellow. Challenge met. Focus seems strong. Color - well it sure is yellow! No points of reference, but I'm a believer! Interest - here's the rub...I just don't see anything that says "wow", so that's kinda low. 6 Swash

I do like the green highlights, it seems to add extra flavor to the shot. Focus seems pretty sharp. No distracting background issues (though it doesn\'t appear to me to be all the same shade of dark - brighter spot in the middle). Shading on the rope is nice, adds depth. I kinda missed the point behind the title, sorry, my bad! Just off cemetrical cropping, doesn\'t seem to add anything. Interest - sorry, but it doesn\'t really grab me and hold me. 6 Swash
