This is one BIG HUNKby Bud JComment: Humourous idea! Focus on the candy bar is very strong. Glare on the "BIG" is extremely harsh. The "viewers" are a cute touch. 6 Swash |

Candyby cmrk74Comment: Very bright, colorful image! Focus seems strongest on the light blue stick, with weaker focus on the other colors. These look very interesting, maybe a macro of just one might have worked easier. Took me a while to figure out that the wooden pieces went with the candy. 6 Swash |

My Secret Stashby OneSweetSinComment: Sharp photo. Glare on the jelly bean bag is a bit harsh. The whole image pretty busy (overly so). 6 Swash |

Nature's Candyby myqylComment: It's a very clear, colorful image. Fruit is sweet and a terrific alternative to candy, but it's not candy. The strawberries seem a bit old. 6 Swash |

Red Hot Dreamby GraciousComment: Really neat idea! Focus seems strongest on the leading edge of the jar, IMHO it should be on the picture of the lady and the red-hots. Great color! I like the framing of this photo. 6 Swash |

Blowing in the windby DustinComment: I don't get this...Half the photo shows up and the other half is blank. Very wierd!
From what I see, it's a pretty good photo. Good colors and focus. Too bad about the dark/cloudy weather (but then again, what would be blowing the tape?). The reds and blacks seem a tad grainy. 7 Swash |

White As A Gooseby SwashbucklerComment: O.K. the water was really green with some blue sky reflections, but that didn't contrast with the white as strongly as I wanted, so I destaturated the greens and turned down their colors until the river ran black. I thought it really made the shot more interesting and made the feet stand out more strongly. As for clarity, he had been bathing himself, often, so his feathers were all wet and clinging to his body. |

Springby thatguyComment: Pretty flowers. For the most part, it's a nice photo, well framed and seems pretty much in subject focus. I see some jpeg artifacts (mostly on the right side) and a bit of color abberance (look closely at the middle branches - see the color isn't consistant?) If this started as a huge image, scaled down to size - you might want to try smaller increments, say 10% at a time, instead of all in one large jump (say 2000x1500 directly to 640x480, try going in small steps). If this is only from JPEG compression, try to not go below an 8 in JPEG quality (in Photoshop).

Digital Spectrumby moonoComment: Very wow on the impact and color side! (bright, where's my sunglasses!) I'm not certain if this is a time exposure or how this effect was achieved, but general clarity isn't very strong (color bleed and fuzzy edges). Good use of abstract, but this seems more artsy than photography, but I am curious how this was done!!!

Are you colour-blind?by ParentxComment: Very dramatic colors! Good sharpness (focus), but an unintended side effect of extreme color saturation often nets a lack of definition (like in the face). I like the crop, interesting/thought provoking. Very artsy look, but less than photographic. 6 Rob the Swash |
