VERY scary!!!! If this were a scary dog challenge you would win hands down. Unfortunately for you, this is a PEOPLE challenge. Yes, you have a person in the frame, but he is fully secondary. Black and white may have also hurt this shot, the leaves on the ground wash out, look bad. This might have worked better in color.

Don't you just hate it when people won't co-operate. This is why I don't like "people" photography. Skin color makes the face appear somewhat grainy, but focus appears good.

Nice fisheye effect. A few little nits: Window behind lead guitar way tooo harsh; somewhat yellow tint all over; poor light on both guitarists; maybe guitarists are a bit too close to the edge (notice the lead guitar's head is missing, is that a Les Paul?); misc. grip about the framing, but there's really nothing you could do about it.

The photo is good, focus, color, etc well done. The background hurts your shot. In your case, try standing tall (or on a chair/box/etc) and shoot more down at the subject and the fountain. Watch your lighting, notice the fingers on the fretboard? (hint: no finger tips visible)
