Focus appears to be on the cameraman (not you silly). I like the idea of taking a picture of someone taking a picture, mabye you should have titled this one Photographer of an Admiral for the Day.

Hiding a bald spot? You cut off the tyke's head! Flash came back on you, look at the babies far shoulder, up and to the right, less than good. Forehead overexposed, too. Take a step back and zoom into the face, if possible, when flashing.
