Interesting composition, I am assuming the dove was "added", nice touch. I like how you got the old/new headstone thing going. You're risking some low grades with all the crosses. There was some discussion about them. Certain youths don't like them. Personally, don't care either way.
I wish I was better at critiquing B&W, this is going to be hard for me. No suggestions, really nice work. SMALL Nit: doves back washed out, but I got no magically suggestions on how to avoid that.

Appears too dark on my screen. Focus isn't soft, but somehow doesn't seem sharp either, probably due to the darkness of the shot. Were you in a brown out situation? Photo 6 Creativity 6 B&W 6 total 6

Lovely rose, well done for it, but the cat, even though good contrast element in the photo, is washed out badly. I also think the color value of the grass and the rose are a little too close for the rose to "stand out" as much as I would have liked to have seen it. I really like the edges of the rose petals and the way they stand out. Were the petals tipped in white? Very nice!

Great idea! very clever. Isn't the palm tree, etc. a photo backdrop? Check your sun shadows, the dolls are going to the left, the palm is almost straight down. (gotcha!) Photo 9 Creativity 8 B&W 8 total 8

I remember that! Good use of time exposure. Personal choise, I would have tried to have the subject(s) stand still longer, move less, but your choise works, too. (My reasoning is: I can't tell if there is one person or two) Photo 9 Creativity 9 B&W 9 total 9

Good capture, sky kinda washed out, along with the church roof, which makes them blend in together, but that's pretty minor. The Raymond's tombstone appears a bit dark, but it's not your real subject. Overall, really nice.

Interesting perspective. Depth of field is a bit difficult, but I think your focus was on the third tier. Try experimenting with your exposure levels for a broader depth. (Were you "going for" a softer focus on the top ball?) Photo 8 Creativity 7 B&W 7 total 7

Thank you all for your comments. It was better in color, but this was by far the best photo I took all week.
Patella, the nest is made of lichen, tree moss and spider webs, pretty much the same color as the fir needles, so in color, this shot is still difficult to pick out from the surroundings. As I really didn't want to disturb her too much (see the comment from heritcon in England), I couldn't play around with the shot too much. I had wind blowing the branch around, the camera held as far up and out as humanly possible and a nervous looking mother to contend with. Basically, shoot and run away.
Patrick, not to be mean, but this is soooo much more of a rare find. Flying hummingbirds are "a dime a dozen". I have dozens myself. I am still working on the "perfect" shot, but just how many nesting hummingbirds have you seen in the wild? My second favorite shot of all time is of this same female, resting near our feeder. One of the few times I have seen a hummingbird not in flight. I had often wondered if they ever rested. Certainly not when they are eating.
Unfortunately, my camera doesn't "do" black and white". It wasn't a feature I cared about. Sorry, B&W fans.
And not to be a total whiner, but really 3 ones?

Focus is good, but were you going for a messy, jumbled effect? Probably got alot of too dark comments, I would rather put it as too gloomy.

The effect here is almost "oil painted". I trust these are "real" flowers (I will assume that) so GREAT JOB!!! Almost surreal. (It this is really just a photo of an oil painting, please reduce score by 80 %) Photo 10 Creativity 8 B&W 10 total 10 (very, very good)
