I don't see them on any of my monitors but I imagine they are related to my use of control points in Color Efex Pro. Removal control points from the detail extracted filter I'd have applied to his black top to bring that out - to control the filter effect bleed beyond his top.

This will have occurred because of the similarity in hue and luminosity between the background and the top.

Edit - I do see them on my iPad Pro screen.

Wow - I want that lens !he rendering reminds of the Konica Hexagon 60mm f/1.2. Great use of the characteristics of this lens with this image - your subject and composition shows it off really well.
