|Ok, I know it's a bit lame to have two shots from the same location in back to back challenges.
But we were on a trip to Virginia and we stayed en route at the same hotel in both directions. Not much of a hotel, but it has this beautiful path not far from it, which is good for an exercise walk in the morning. The first morning, on the way TO Virginia, I didn't bring a camera--and the fog was amazing--I didn't think I had time to go back to the hotel to get my X-T1, so I used my new cell phone to take a few shots.
On the way back a few days later, I was hoping for more fog, so when we took a walk, I brought my X-T1 and my 10-24mm lens. There was fog indeed, though not as heavy as the first time we were there. But this time at least I had my camera!
I just loved the part of the scene with the trees framing the bridge, which wasn't visible the last time we were there. So I ended up cropping this shot tight around the part I liked which made it somewhat similar to the shot from my cell phone (which wasn't cropped, at least much, if not at all.)
