Nice capture. Your focus does seem to be just a touch off as the rocks appear to be more crisp then the workers. You also have some tough colors to work with. The yellow pants on the right person doesn't look 'right' if that makes any sense...

This looks to posed to do good in a Candid challenge... You used the onboard flash. This messed with your skin tones (too bluish) and makes the image very flat. Next time you may want to play around with more natural lighting (like by a window) and diffuse the flash (or better yet just turn it off and use a reflector) to make sure you have the catch light in the eyes as you have here.
