For a set up shot like this to truly work, it has to be damn near perfect. You are close here but have lost a lot of the detail in your ice either through over exposure or in your pp. I think it may be an exposure problem looking at the hot reflections on the bottle.

You used the camera's flash on this one. Makes it look almost artificial. It also makes it very flat and causes the reflection on her chin. If you have to use the camera flash, try taping some tissue paper over it to soften it up a touch.

Very good attempt at a long exposure shot with a still subject. You can see a little bit of motion blur in the models arm but not too bad. The lighting is very harsh though. Did you take this during the middle part of the day?

Neat idea for the shot but a couple of things are distracting. First the models shirt design. A simpler shirt would have looked better. Your use of flash makes the lighting very harsh and flat and causes the hard shadows. Lastly, the money seems to be a little soft and it's supposed to be a main part of the subject according to your title...
