I think it's cool how in the top bit the sun is above the tree, but in the reflection it's right in the center of the tree's reflection. To me, that composition tells a story about the connection between the tree and the sun: while the sun shines down from above the tree, it is giving the tree life and helping it grown from the inside out.

This is a little too dark for me, I wish the background were a bit brighter so the colors stood out more. Also, I th in kthat if it were just the outline of the tree it would be a bit more iconic.

It's very simple. To me this is a nice pic, but it doesn't really tell a story, which would make it an even better pic. Perhaps if the cloud were shaped like something cool.

I think that you have a great contrast and great colors in this, it's not too dark in the trees, good job. I like the rays coming off the sun and the bridge in the distance, a really nice feeling of depth here.

Very smooth flow from water to horizon to sky, very calm. Nice composition. I feel like the boats out there really give this shot a story to tell rather than just being a pic of the horizon.

Oooh, great pic! Great texture in the clouds and the lighting on the back side of them is really cool. I also like that we can see the rays extending out from the sun and the path of light across the water from the sun to the camera, it's like we're being welcomed to the horizon.
