A simple, yet effective image, that works well for this challenge. The colours are great, the overall combination works. Maybe a title (Ambition) could have added to the overall effect.

Great. Presentation is good, the image is good, the overall submission works.
Shame about the low cloud though, as it means the contrast of the person against the sky is lost somewhat. Having the clear image against the bright sky would have made this better, as at the moment, it does blend a little which loses the effect.

Not sure of the motivational aspect of this image, you have made a statement, but have not motivated me to do anything. The image is quite boring, the angle is interesting but doesn't really work...........

The multiple borders around the image are a distraction, and do not work for me. I like the idea for the image, the refelction of the light on the water though is a problem, and I would prefer the main bird to be goign across rather than away in this case.

Not exactly what i was thinging with the motivation poster challenge. Sections of the flower are out of focus, and these areas really needed to be sharp to make this work. A deeper depth of field to ensure this flower was sharp was needed to then make this work.

I am not a fan of the border, it just doesn't work for me.

Also, the top of the flower is cut off by the border, whereas I would prefer to see some dark space above the top of it

nice words, but the crop of the photo is a major problem. You have cropped too high and that effects the whole result. having her shoulders in this would have made this a much better submission for this, rather than looking unfinished as it currently does

An interesting submission, and one that does meet the challenge topic for this. It does take perseverance on this site. i like the clouds in the sky, but the lack of sharpness is what is hurting you here. it is on the edge where my eyes try and make it sharp, but can't........its a shame because the idea was good.

A really good image and great phrase to go with it. The water spray is interesting. Perhaps you could have croppd out some of the foreground as the large area of rocks is not adding much to the image. Losing an inch off the bottom would remove this large grey area.
interesting choice of colour for the title and words, and ione I don't think works. I can't really see that colour much in the photo. I would have instead gone with a blue, or the colour of the water, which I think would have matched better.

I like the idea, however the subject is very small and therefore hard to see. Cropping this image close, while removing some of the waves, could have made it better as the subject would be more clearly seen, without losing any of the overall impace of the shot.

I do not see how this image, especially presented in this way, meets the challenge. Your narrow depth of field does not work, the focus point makes little sense. The subject is plain and uninteresting
