| The multiple borders around the image are a distraction, and do not work for me. I like the idea for the image, the refelction of the light on the water though is a problem, and I would prefer the main bird to be goign across rather than away in this case. |

In my belief there are more things that contribute for a great motivational/de-motivational poster:
Idea/creativity:8
Quality of the photo:10
Artistic viewpoint:7
Frame/borders:6...the lines around the photo are way too much and are really distracting
Appealence of the font:10
