Not really the motivational poster type. The depth of field means the eyes and face are the subject, which ties in well to your phrase, but means the overall image doesn't appeal to me.

Nice colours, and a nice scene, however I am not sure about the square crop. A typical landscape crop may have worked better for this, giving the feel that we are seeing the entire vista

The lighting of this is a little harsh, and the very centred composition doesn't really work for me. Depth of field applied to this image to remove background distractions is very good.

The tight crop is very restrictive of this image, and the dappled lighting is a big distraction. There are many dark areas in the vehicle, and the light areas int eh background draw attention away from the subject

A phrase I really like and one that is very inspirational.
However, the lighting of this doesn't really seem to work for me. I like the idea of what you have done, yet the end product for me is that the plant in the water looks fake, and like it was introduced later. I feel it is too bright, and the lighting needed to be much more subtle to pull this off and make an effective overall impression

The atifacts, both in the black background, and on the watch, are a distraction to the overall image. A good choice of phrase, but by the centred subject, and the crop, the image doesn't really appeal. Taking this on an angle, or something, might have apealled stronger.

A very dark image, but one with a strong theme, which is very well conveyed by this. For some reason, this overall composition works well, and stands out by being different and yet effective.

A little extra attention to the overall presentation of the poster would have made this. Arms looks awkward being on the second line by itself. Whanging the font size to put this on one line, or breaking the line after the comma would have helped.
Not really sure on the crop, the cutting off the top of his head looks more accidental than artistic. Including the top of his head and some additionals pace would have helped on that

The phrase fits the image really well, but is not inspiring me to do anything. The sky in the photo is huge, made even more so by the crop at the bottom with a litmited foreground, yet the entire image lacks a focal point, which is effective for the phrase, but doesn't really leave a lasting impression.

A very interesting image, and an interesting composition, that does work well with the title and phrase you have chosen to put with it. The colours are vibrant and really good, maybe the crop ont he right should have had all the end girl in the photo, but overall a very good end product.
