Day 13 - watchoo lookin at fooby mrchhasComment: Nice shot- the yellow and black is really eye catching. The noise lets you down a bit, but it's remarkable you shot this at that shutter speed. I assume you must've rested it on the ground/surface? |

Day 12 - The Lakeby mrchhasComment: I don't feel as though there's a clearly defined subject here. Granted, this isn't necessarily of concern, but it feels very flat and static as a result. |

Day 11 - The Floating Leafby mrchhasComment: I agree about how this makes things appear. By converting to BW, it looks just as much like a sky as water, and there's an oddness to the fashion in which it's "suspended." Good choice on processing to completely change the scene. |

May 27 - Smokeby hajekaComment: The layering is very nice here, the whispy and delicate structure of the smoke on the right is great. |

too much baggageby jagarComment: Very nice capture of day to day life, which you do excel at.
An odd thing that I noticed is that due to the perspective, it almost appears as though his right foot has been chopped off and his leg is floating. |

My Patience is Goneby markwileyComment: I love visiting old cemeteries. We have quite a few extremely small ones strewn along the plains in places where cities once existed but have since disappeared. You've found a nice old one here. |

May 23 - Dessert @ 500mmby hajekaComment: lol
Using a 500mm for food photography is certainly an interesting approach, but I like your dedication!
The lens works well for making the subject melt into the background very nicely.
Also, looking at the thumbnail, it looked initially like a gigantic popped popcorn kernel. |

Speedyby Art RoflmaoComment: Originally posted by jagar: Great pace of life, a home wherever you are, I like that we seem to be spying on him through the rest of the vegetation. |
Very much agree.
The water and colors make this scene incredibly lush, and the saturation of the colors feels great. |

May Open Lateby novaComment: It's interesting how much more prominent the woman is in the color shot than in the BW image. She sorta disappears into everything in the BW version. |

Cloyce by Window Lightby markwileyComment: Originally posted by cosmicassassin: I like this. There's a frailty or uncertainty showing in his face which really makes the photo. |
Seconded. I agree, the window light is perfect here. |
