This is probably one of the most peculiar but interesting street captures I've seen. Visually, it's just really neat to see. As always, you've nailed the decisive moment, and killed it in the conversion. Your photos are easy to spot, not just by your subject matter, but by the feel and your excellence in being where you ought to be.

A great entry, Karen, and perfect timing for our SC! Not voting, obviously, but you did a great job of 'using' the lens. Some of the other entries didn't really use a wideangle for what they're best at, so I'm assuming top marks for your shot. Great bw for minimal, as well.

I would've liked to have seen a little more detail in the snout and ear from processing, just so the other nostril is more prominent and the full form of the head is appreciated. In any case, I do very much like the tones of the photo.

I like how you've filled the frame with them almost entirely. The orientation of their heads makes the shot interesting, as well, as it's somewhat of a spiral.
