My Best 2009by subject22Comment: You'd get a lot more impact out of this if you lowered your perspective to increase the apparent height of the tailwhip. |

Yby freakin_hilariousComment: Another interesting dragonfly photo... You've nearly taken this into the realm of a complete abstract. I wonder if you missed your focal point or intended to do this; regardless it doesn't matter, because I like the outcome. Good job. |

The other Gordonby sjulComment: Very grainy, and I'm not feeling a real connection between grain and your subject matter. Nice looking little day gecko you've got though. |

Shhht, I'm still asleep...by GiorgioBaruffiComment: You've done a very good job of taking a favorite DPC subject and changing things up quite nicely. The dew is very cool, especially the manner in which it clings to the wings and dragonfly's hair. The silhouette is also nice, especially the way that the foliage has a nice rim light. |

Backboneby GabrielComment: Very nice architectural abstract. It seems ever so minutely skewed, but this is a miniscule amount. Nice hues and textures. One of my higher votes so far. |

Exit Stage Rightby wetlandComment: This would be a lot stronger if the background didn't take such a prominent role. |

Bianca by TygerrComment: Very nice lighting- it trails off very nicely into the hood, and gives it an edgy sort of feel to it. I think it also intensifies her stare quite well. Nice pose as well. |

Mistaya Riverby dragonladyComment: I like how you've captured so many picturesque elements of landscapes in one scene. The river, the peaks, the dynamic clouds and the evergreen forest all combine together quite nicely. Looks like a tiny bit of the mountain and the river a slightly blown but it's a minor issue. Good job. |
